A 24-unit residential building on Main Street in Leicester has sold for $2.6 million, a price that values each apartment at about $108,000.
The buyer is a limited liability corporation registered to Raymond Safi of Westwood and Robert Safi of Andover. The same pair bought a five-building residential complex from Atlantic Union College in Lancaster in 2020, more than two years after the college closed.
Raymond Safi was also one of two buyers of a 29-unit apartment complex at 227 West St. in Leominster in a deal closed in December for $2.5 million.
The apartment building at 1093 Main St. in Leicester was sold by Matthew and Thomas McNamara. The deal closed Feb. 17.
The site last sold in 2007 for $1.5 million. It was last assessed by the Town of Leicester at more than $1.5 million.
