Woonsocket, R.I.-based retail pharmacy chain CVS has signed a lease for the 1.2-acre site of a new store currently under construction at 24 W. Main Street in Northborough.
CVS will lease the property from Northboro Center Plaza LLC. The new, 12,900-square-foot store is being built on the site of a former CVS that was demolished to make way for the new one.
CVS expects the new store to open in the summer. The lease was brokered by Worcester-based commercial real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co.
