Hartford-based Laz Parking is beefing up its business with the acquisition of Classified Parking, a parking company with 95 parking locations in Texas and New Mexico.
The addition will bump Laz’s nationwide portfolio more than 15,000 spaces bringing the total number to more than 325,000 spaces nationwide. Â
Laz plans to spruce up its new locations with better signage, landscaping and layout improvements and it expects to retain the majority of existing Classified employees. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
