Lawrence investor grows Worcester holdings with $17M multi-family purchase

Arrowpoint Properties of Lawrence has purchased a Worcester apartment complex for $17.3 million after purchasing another Worcester complex, ReNew Tatnuck Square in August for $26.7 million. The company rebranded that community as Tatnuck Square Apartments.

Goldthwaite Manor Apartments located on two lots at 34-80 and 49 Goldthwaite Road was sold on Dec. 1 by Goldthwaite Holdings LLC of West Greenwich, Rhode Island, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.

Arrowpoint Properties did not return a request for comment, but according to its website, owns multi-family properties in Lawrence, Lowell, Groveland, and Methuen.

The properties were last sold in 2006 for $7.9 million and are assessed by the City of Worcester for $8.8 million combined.
