Pro Lawn Supply, which supplies lawn products to markets such as nurseries and golf courses, has purchased a new location in Worcester.
According to the Registry of Deeds, the company's owner, Craig Wardle, bought 70-80 Fremont St. from United Bank for $400,000 on March 29.
The properties have two buildings totaling more than 38,000 square feet of warehouse space.
According to Glickman Kovago & Co., which brokered the sale, Wardle will expand his company's product offerings at the new location to include mulch, stone and loam.
Pro Lawn will move from its location at 67 Millbrook St.Jim Glickman represented United Bank in the transaction while David and Carl Burwick represented Pro Lawn.
