Providence-based law firm Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PS&H), a business law and litigation firm with offices in Westborough, announced the opening of a new Boston office on Wednesday.
According to a statement from the firm, nine attorneys from the Boston law firm Craig and Macauley will join PS&H in Boston effective May 1. Joining the firm as partners are Christopher Panos, who is now managing shareholder at Craig and Macauley; Martin Desmery; William Moorman; and Stephen Wald. Panos will be the partner-in-charge of the new Boston office in Boston’s Financial District.
“The expansion of PS&H with these extraordinary and experienced business and trial attorneys who will launch our downtown Boston office represents another step in the growth of our Massachusetts practice and fulfills a critical element of our firm’s strategic plan,” PS&H Managing Partner David Gilden said in a statement.
