Littleton-based TeraDiode has been awarded $1.1 million in federal defense-related contracts, with another $2.1 million in contracts pending.
TeraDiode is bringing laser technology for military and industrial applications to market. The technology was developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Lincoln Laboratory.
The awarded and pending contracts include three Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants.
TeraDiode is backed by Stata Venture Partners. It was founded in 2009.
