F. Paul Broyer, CFO of Wayland-based Candela Corp. said he was leaving the company to take a CFO position at a private company.
Broyer will remain with Candela until April 30. He’s been the company’s CFO since 1996.
Company controller Robert E. Quinn will take over for Broyer while the company searches for a new CFO.
Candela said Paul Cardarelli, vice president of North American marketing, had also left the company “to pursue other interests.”
Candela makes lasers used in cosmetic procedures.
