Brandt Lane Development, LLC of Holden purchased 17.7 acres of undeveloped land at 1029 Grafton St. in Worcester, across the street from Roosevelt Elementary School, for $4.3 million.
The sale was recorded on Tuesday by the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
Brandt Lane Development is managed by John Maroney, co-founder of The Haven Detox New England, nearby on Grafton St.; Kirill Vesselov, CEO of Haven Health Management in Florida; and Worcester entrepreneur Tony Bianco, according to filings with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The seller was Brandt Lane Living Trust, which was represented by Principal James Glickman and Vice President Nolan Ryan from Worcester real estate firm NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
The property is assessed by the City of Worcester for $437,600.
The buyers are not ready to speak about their plans for the property, James Glickman said via an emailed statement on Thursday.
Maroney did not respond to an attempt to contact him via LinkedIn.
