A West Boylston landscaping business has purchased a property located at 110 Worcester Road in Sterling for $675,000.
The property was purchased by Twin Realty Holdings, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. Twin Realty shares management with Twins Lawn Service, a landscaping company owned and operated by twin brothers Brandon and Michael Fusaro.
The property, a 1.03-parcel with a building approximately 3,000 square feet, was sold by BAC, LLC, a Sterling-based corporation that purchased the property in 2009 for $315,000, according to Town of Sterling property records. The property was given a tax assessment value of $258,500 in fiscal 2022.
Jeff Borus, senior vice president at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs of Worcester represented the buyer in this transaction, while James Kalogeropoulos of RE/MAX Partners in Worcester represented the seller.
“Buildings that include additional land for contractor uses are hard to come by the local market, so it had taken a while to locate and transact on a building for Twins,” Borus said in a release issued on Thursday.
Founded in 2016, according to Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth records, Twins Lawn Service provides residential, commercial, and homeowners association lawn care services to 12 communities in MetroWest and Worcester County, according to the company’s website.
