Construction is set to begin this summer on a 13,225-square-foot CVS Pharmacy that will be built in Winchendon, according to Worcester-based commercial real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co.
Glickman Kovago facilitated a deal between three land owners in the North Central Massachusetts and Woonsocket, R.I.-based CVS Caremark Corp.
The properties are located at 297 Central St., 57 Maple St. and 36 Linden St. and were sold for a combined $1.4 million, according to Glickman Kavago.
The sellers were Mathieu Ford Sales, Susan M. Inferra and Norman & Theresa Sibley.Â
