A Lancaster auto repair shop and an adjacent parking lot have been sold to the owner of a Clinton-based auto garage.
The properties, located at 71 and 75 South Main St., sold Tuesday for $600,000 to 71-75 Main Street Realty Trust, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.
The trustee for 71-75 Main Street Realty Trust is Isaacs Grant, the owner of Clinton-based Certified Auto & Truck Repair LLC, according to registry records.
The seller of the properties was KCR Realty Corp. of Port St. Lucie, Florida. KCR bought 75 Main St., the property containing the 33-year-old auto shop for an undisclosed amount in 1991. The corporation later bought the adjacent parking lot, 71 Main St., for $14,000 in 2000, according to Town of Lancaster property records.
The Town of Lancaster assessed the properties at a combined value of $285,700 in 2022.
