Marlboro-based Cytyc Corp. said it has entered a more than three-year deal with Quest Diagnostics Inc. for the use of Cytyc’s lead products.
The agreement runs through the end of 2010, and allows Quest to use Cytyc’s ThinPrep and Pap Test cervical cancer screening products.
According to Cytyc, the deal enables Quest to use the Cytyc products throughout its laboratory network.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
