Holliston-based Diamond Diagnostics has leased more than 25,000 square feet of warehouse space at 74 Lowland St. in Holliston.
Diamond Diagnostic, which manufacturers and refurbishes lab equipment, is headquartered at 333 Fiske St. in Holliston and will be using the new warehouse space as an off-site storage facility.
The owner of the property is Bond Street LLC. Richard W. Kohn of Winchester is the manager for Bond Street, according to the Secretary of the State’s website.
Marlborough-based O’Brien Commercial Properties represented Bond Street and procured the tenant on the deal.
