The Suburban Group staffing agency in Westborough has hired Judy I. Kolessar as director of human resource services.
Kolessar worked in HR for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals for more than 20 years, handling performance management, employee relations, personnel policies, conflict resolution, coaching, hiring and retention strategies and other issues.
She has also worked in the insurance and banking industries.
