Kimberly Salmon will join The Hanover Insurance Group as the company's assistant vice president of community relations, the company announced in a statement on Wednesday.
Salmon most recently worked as the director of community relations and engagement at Worcester insurer Fallon Health, a position she took over in 2011, according to Hanover. At Hanover Insurance, Salmon will lead strategy and execution of the Hanover Insurance Group Foundation and community relations functions, as well as head employee engagement and volunteerism.
