Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky is continuing its eastern expansion with the hiring of two former employees of real estate firm JLL Boston.
The two new advisors, Executive Vice President Philip DeSimone and Vice President Andrew Sherman, have been hired on by Kelleher & Sadowsky to serve as advisors. According to a release from the company, they will focus mostly on the office, life science and distribution warehouse sectors where they will provide investor and landlord-related services.
“The addition of Phil and Andrew represents an important first step for us to develop a much larger presence in the MetroWest market and further east,” James Umphrey, Kelleher & Sadowsky principal, said in a release.
Both DeSimone and Sherman have tenant and investor clients from Worcester to Boston.
