Neal J. Keating has assumed the role of president and CEO at Bloomfield-based Kaman Corp.
He will replace current CEO Paul R. Kuhn, who will continue as chairman until his retirement on Feb. 29.
Previously, Keating was chief operating officer of Hughes Supply. Currently a member of the aerospace company’s board of directors, Keating received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, and his executive MBA from the University of Chicago.
