Bloomfield-based Kaman Corp., which conducts business in the aerospace and industrial distribution markets, has announced its subsidiary, Kaman Industrial Technologies, will acquire Industrial Supply Corp. of Virginia.
ISC, a distributor of power transmission, fluid power, material handling and industrial MRO supply products, will become part of Kaman’s industrial distribution segment. ISC has five branches in Virginia and North Carolina and has annual sales of about $55 million. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to be complete on or about March 31.
