Network infrastructure company Juniper Networks has acquired internet video storage technology developed by Acton firm Blackwave.
Juniper will use the technology for delivery requirements of large Internet providers, including content publishers, video aggregators and wireless network operators.
Blackwave, founded in 2007, develops storage and delivery systems for internet videos.
Juniper, based in Sunnyvale, Calif., makes software and systems for communications networks. It had more than $3 billion in revenues last year.
