Worcester’s WICN public radio station has named recently retired Western Worcester District Court Judge Charles A. Abdella to its board of directors.
Abdella practiced law in Worcester for 31 years and then served on the court starting in 1998. He is a graduate of St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury, the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester and Boston College Law School.
Abdella established the Abdella Center for Ethics at St. John’s High School, designed to promote dialog about ethical issues, in memory of his father.
