International real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle announced it has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the first phase of the new Grafton Science Park on the campus of Tufts University’s Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.
The first phase will provide 348,000 square feet of lab, research and office park space. It has received all major permits, and the first phase of its infrastructure and public utilities is complete. It is located on Route 30.
The park could ultimately include up to 702,000 square feet of space.
Jones Lang LaSalle said it’s working with Kelleher & Sadowsky of Worcester to market sites at the park because of that firm’s local expertise.
