Job search firm to rank diversity
Online job search giant Monster.com said it will rank companies based on their diversity, and add an assessment tool for firms to test their commitment to diverse workplaces. The rankings, which would be based on a national standard, reflect commitment to diversity, fairness in compensation and “culture of inclusion,” Maynard, Mass.-based Monster said. Companies ranked among the top 25 percent will be given an award by Monster.
