About 70 employers will participate in the UnCommon Job Fair on the Worcester Common Friday, Sept. 4.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a rain date is Sept. 18.
Last year’s event attracted close to 900 local job seekers, according to a release from the city of Worcester.
The UnCommon Job Fair, in its third year, is a variation on the traditional job fair format, offering businesses and job seekers a more relaxed environment in which to connect and network.
Sponsors are the city of Worcester, Workforce Central Career Centers, the Central Massachusetts Workforce Investment Board, Veterans Inc., SnapChef, and the Grafton Job Corps.
