Jersey Mike’s and Verizon to open in Maynard Crossing

Jersey Mike’s, Semper Laser, and Verizon Wireless have all signed new leases at Maynard Crossing, a 306,000-square-foot mixed-use development.
Maynard Crossing opened in 2020 at the former Digital Equipment Corp. site and is anchored by Market Basket. In addition to retail, the development has 323 residential units.
The new businesses join a dentist office, a veterinary office, and a Bueno Y Sano restaurant location will soon open, according to a June 21 press release from developer Capital Group Properties, of Southborough.
Capital Group is ready to begin construction on Phase II of the project, which includes 46,000 square feet of additional space in two new buildings.
