Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers is hopping on the Commuter Rail to North Station, where the Framingham brewery will open a taproom at the train bar at North Station in Boston.
The location offers commuters and fans catching a game at TD Garden a chance to unwind with seven Jack’s Abby beers and three from spinoff brewery Springdale Barrel Room.
Beer lines are already in place and the brewery is gradually rebranding the space into the Track Zero Taproom.
The space is expected to be open by late 2018 or early 2019.
According to WBJ research, Jack’s Abby is one of the largest craft breweries in Central Massachusetts, trailing just Wachusett Brewing Co. in Westminster in terms of barrel production in 2017.
According to the Brewers Association, Jack’s Abby was the fourth largest regional brewer in the state behind Wachusett, Harpoon Brewery, and Boston Beer Co.
