It’s a gas being Praxair

Danbury-based Praxair Inc. has made the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for the fifth consecutive year, deeming the specialty gas company among the top 10 percent of the largest 2,500 companies worldwide. The index is a benchmark that tracks companies’ economic, social and environmental practices. Praxair is the largest industrial gases company in North and South America and had 2006 sales of $8.3 billion.
