The fourth quarter of 2007 should show a rise in local hires for information technology professionals, according to a new report today from Robert Half. Thirteen percent of chief information officers in the Hartford and New Haven areas say they plan to boost their base of IT workers. That’s one point higher than the national average for new hires in IT.
