Iron Mountain Inc., a Southboro-based provider of data protection and storage services, has partnered with Stratify Inc. to enable Iron Mountain's customers to take advantage of Stratify's electronic discovery capabilities.
Stratify, headquartered in Mountain View, CA, will take and process customer data from attorneys using Iron Mountain software at its secure storage facility through a direct transfer. From there, the email, electronic file, or paper document will be processed by the Stratify Legal Discovery application and made available for attorney review and analysis in litigation, regulatory and internal investigations.
The Stratify Legal Discovery tool provides law firms and general counsels with eDiscovery capabilities for early case assessment and review.
"Changes in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure highlight the important of electronic information for litigation and internal investigations," said John Clancy, president of Iron Mountain Digital.
