Integrated Process Technologies Inc. is taking on a 9,000-square-foot renovation project at the former U.S. Army base in Devens.
The company has called on Senate Construction Corp. of Shirley to do the job, which will build out what was once a recreation center at the Army base. The project is the second Senate has done for IPT, which is headquartered in Devens, in the last two years.
According to Senate, the renovation should be complete, and IPT, a biotechnology engineering firm, should occupy the new space in January.
