A small team of real estate brokers from Investment Property Specialists Inc. has opened their own commercial firm in Southborough called MetroWest Commercial Real Estate LLC.
Eric Brosler, MWCRE president, spent 25 years with IPS. He is joined at MWCRE by Marlene Aron, a founder and former owner of Framingham-based IPS. Aron is highly involved on community development boards, chambers of commerce and other organizations around MetroWest.
The new firm also hired Fara Khedmaty, a sales and marketing executive hired from the Burbank Group LLC of Wellesley.
