Natick-based Interbit Data, which makes operational efficiency software for health care providers, has expanded its partnership with Marlborough-based Park Place International, it announced.
Park Place is a cloud service provider and integrator for Meditech, a Westwood-based company that makes health care electronic records systems.
Under the terms of the updated agreement, Park Place will offer Interbit disaster recovery and business continuance software to organizations implementing Meditech systems.
Park Place has been offering Interbit report distribution products to its customers for some time, James Fitzgerald, executive vice president of Park Place, said in a statement.
"The opportunity to partner in delivering additional solutions to our mutual customers to help them achieve operational sustainability is the main reason we have decided to strengthen and extend our relationship," he said.
Meditech, which has locations in Framingham and Foxborough, has more than 3,400 employees.
