Natick-based health-care software company Interbit Data has promoted three managers: Edward Norton, Oscar Beninati and Brian Main.
Norton was promoted from vice president of sales to senior vice president and COO. He has worked in sales and management for more than 30 years. In his new position, he will oversee sales marketing, product implementation and customer support for the company.
Beninati was promoted from director of sales to vice president of sales and marketing. He has worked in sales, including managing enterprise-wide software sales to large health-care organizations, for the past 20 years. In his new position, he will lead Interbit's sales managers and customer account team in expanding into new markets in North America and Europe.
Main was named vice president of technology, giving him responsibility for product development and implementation. In particular, he will focus on features to help health-care organizations distribute patient information quickly and securely. He has worked for Interbit since 2005, and before that, he worked for Meditech as a programmer.
