The 149-acre campus at 75 Reed Rd. was constructed between 1977 and 1994, and since 2009 Intel has reportedly invested more than $13 million in site and infrastructure upgrades that include roof replacements, installation of new cooling towers and numerous energy efficiency improvements, the real estate firm, Binswanger Management Corp., said.
