Initial Jobless Claims Down 52K

In the week ending July 4, 565,000 Americans filed claims for unemployment insurance coverage for the first time, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
That's a decrease of 52,000 from the previous week's revised figure of 617,000. The 4-week moving average was 606,000, a decrease of 10,000 from the previous week.
