A 108,700-square-foot warehouse on Robert Bonazzoli Avenue in Hudson sold for $15.2 million to STAG Industrial, Inc., an industrial real estate investment trust based in Boston, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The warehouse is home to Radant Technologies Division of Communications & Power Industries, a California equipment manufacturer with offices in Stow. CPI Radant expanded to the Hudson facility in 2018, per the company website.
The 5.6-acre property was sold by Lowfield Realty Group Hudson LLC which is registered to Leominster lawyers Vincent and Matthew Campobasso. The firm has owned the property since 2007 when it bought it for $11.5 million, per the Hudson assessors’ data. It is most recently assessed at $6.3 million.
