A seven-acre Northbridge healthcare campus has sold for $10.5 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
The property located on 100 and 200 Commerce Dr. includes Northbridge Primary Care and Blackstone Valley Family Physicians, entities of Milford Regional Physician Group.
It was bought by a firm registered to the address of Indiana-based healthcare real estate company Cornerstone Companies Inc.
The seller was V.E. Properties IX, LLC, which bought the campus in 2009 for $1 million, according to the Northbridge assessors’ database. The selling corporation is registered to Vincent and Ernest Osterman of Whitinsville, who own Osterman Propane on Church Street in Northbridge.
The site has undergone considerable redevelopment since the Ostermans bought it. A 22,500-square-foot commercial healthcare building was built in 2014 in a roughly $2-million project, per the Northbridge assessors. In 2016, an 8,200-square-foot office building was added. The full property was last assessed in 2021 at $4.3 million.
