Indexes And Confidence Up For Real Estate Market

The Massachusetts Association of Realtors said market conditions are continuing to improve over last year.
The association's Realtor Market and Realtor Price Indexes for February increased by 99 percent and 74 percent respectively, compared to February 2009.
"Buyers are taking advantage of the favorable market conditions and the majority of members surveyed expect to see prices either stay level or go up over the next year," the association said.
