Industrial properties at 119 Herbert St. and 18 Hearth St. in Framingham exchanged hands for the first time since their construction in 1984, selling for $3.15 million on July 26, according to the Southern Middlesex Registry of Deeds .
With almost 39,000 square feet of industrial and manufacturing space, the Herbert Street property has housed neon sign makers, NE Neon Co Inc, and water softening equipment supplier, Strategic Value Solutions, Inc.
The two parcels combined are assessed by the City of Framingham at almost $2 million.
Robert J. Kinz Family LP of Framingham has owned the parcels since the properties were constructed in the mid 1980s, per the deeds registry.
The buying entity, 119 Herbert LLC, is managed by Yuriy Blyakhman, Gary Nemi, and Roman Zadorozhnyy, according to the Massachusetts Corporations Division database. The three individuals are also listed as managers of East West Imports in Woburn, MA.
The buyers were not immediately available for comment on the future of the Framingham property.
