IC Federal Credit Union has opened its seventh Central Massachusetts location at Marlborough's Apex Center of New England development.
The Fitchburg-based credit union opened its newest branch earlier this month with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting with Marlborough Mayor Arthur Vigeant and IC Federal Credit Union directors and staff.
The Marlborough branch joins a long list of tenants at the Apex Center, which began opening in phases last fall. The 475,000-square-foot plaza also includes a Hyatt Place hotel and Fairfield Inn & Suites, Friendly's, Hot Table, Chick-fil-A, Evviva Cucina, Batteries + Bulbs, Dalla Nails & Spa and others. The anchor of the plaza is the Apex Entertainment Center, which includes a Planet Fitness and a complex with kart racing, bowling, bumper cars and other activities.
For IC Credit Union, the newest location joins others in Fitchburg, Ayer, Worcester and Leominster.
