Ian MacNeil is the latest principal at Standish Executive Search, which opened in July its first Massachusetts office in Worcester.
Standish Executive Search is an executive search firm advising small-to-medium sized companies seeking accelerated growth, change or succession. The firm has offices in Providence and Bedford, N.H. in addition to its Worcester office.
MacNeil has more than 20 years of corporate operations, finance and sales experience to the executive search firm.
In his new role, MacNeil will work with companies to understand their operations and strategies, and then identify and introduce the right candidates.
