The first announced openings at the retail office development Apex Center of New England on Route 20 in Marlborough is a 110 Grill set to open Oct. 17 and the Hyatt Place hotel Oct. 31.
The restaurant chain, owned by the Westford developer building the 475,000-square-foot development, is one of several restaurants slated to open at the complex, which is just west of I-495. An Evviva Cucina, which is also part of builder RA Ventures, is lined up to open as soon as this fall, as are a Friendly's, Qdoba, Chick-fil-A, Hot Table and Starbucks.
No other scheduled restaurant openings have been announced.
Apex Center also includes two hotels, a Fairfield Inn & Suites and a Hyatt Place. Hyatt is accepting reservations starting Oct. 31. Fairfield says it will open in November but has not given a specific date.
RA Ventures said this spring 95 percent of the $160-million, 43-acre development was already leased.
The center also includes a 114,000-square-foot office building and a sprawling entertainment complex that will include bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, an arcade and simulators for golf and other sports. The sports complex is set to open sometime this fall.
