HVAC firm moves from Marlborough to Worcester

Temp Air Inc., which makes and installs temporary HVAC systems, has moved its Massachusetts operations from along the 495 belt in Marlborough to Worcester.

The Minnesota-based company, with locations across the nation, has moved its only Bay State location to 270 Southwest Cutoff from Marlborough, according to a release from O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc., which helped broker the lease deal. Temp Air manufactures and installs temporary HVAC systems for commercial, industrial and emergency applications. 

The company has signed a long-term lease for the entire 13,920-square-foot building, according to O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc.
