Mark Altman & Associates, a Hudson-based printing, marketing and mailing firm has acquired Dynamic Mail Solutions Inc.
According to Altman, the acquisition includes all of Hingham-based Dynamic’s assets and employees, which will move to Hudson.
Altman said the two companies had a close, long-term business relationship before the buy. Putting “everything under one roof” will help make the two companies in the combined firm more efficient than they could’ve been individually.
