Hudson warehouses sell for $6M to sports facility and furnishing co. 

Two properties sold in Hudson, one on Tower Street and one on Main Street, for a total of $5.9 million, according to Arlington real estate firm, Aho Properties, who brokered the deal.

At 312 Main St., a 70,000-square-foot warehouse sold for $3.45 million to a firm registered to Acton-based sports facility, Teamworks Acton. The property was built in 1940 and sprawls 4.2 acres.

It was sold by a company registered to George Danis, CEO of Hudson-based Plastic Molding Manufacturing, formerly known as ResTech. 

The second Hudson sale at 68 Tower St. was $2.45 million and included a 40,000-square-foot warehouse which has housed fabric store Artéé Fabrics and Home.

It was sold by the president of Artéé Collections, Inc., Arti Bhandari, to Sharon MacDonald, founder of Framingham-based Interim Furnishings, which stages real estate with furniture.
