K & L Realty Co. of Worcester has purchased a Hudson office park for $3.8 million, according to R.W. Holmes Realty Inc. of Wayland, which represented K & L in the deal.
The 147,000 square-foot brick office park sits on an 18.4 acre wooded lot and has 110,000 square feet of leasable space. K & L plans to redesign the building and install a new heating and cooling system.
Cabot Woods LLC, a subsidiary of K & L Realty, is the new owner of the property. The official purchase price was $3,875,000. Newmark Knight Frank represented NB MS Cabot LLC, the seller of the property.
Garry Holmes, Bill Sullivan, and Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty are the exclusive marketing agents for the property.
