A Worcester developer of business property has bought an office complex in Hudson for nearly $3 million, the company announced.
K&L Realty said it acquired the two-story, 69,000-square-foot building, which is home to several businesses, from a subsidiary of Conroy Development, of Stoughton, for $2.95 million.
K&L said it plans to update the building’s infrastructure and make other renovations. George K. Tonna, K&L’s president, said the building has “a graceful, unique design, and convenient local amenities. It offers the finest first-class office value in MetroWest.”
The building houses Corero Network Security, a technology firm, and Clinquest, a pharmaceutical testing company, as well as an office for Travelers Insurance, among other companies, according to K&L.
