A nearly 70,000-square-foot Hudson office building has been sold to a Newton property management firm for just under $7 million.
According to online property records with the Middlesex County Registry of Deeds, the 1 Cabot Road building was sold to Creative Cabot LLC, an entity controlled by Newton-based Creative Development Co., for $6,927,000.
Wayland-based real estate brokers R.W. Holmes represented the seller, Worcester-based K&L Realty Inc., which is run by George Tonna of Worcester.
Creative Development Co. has retained R.W. Holmes to market the two remaining vacant spaces: one at 1,700 square feet and another at 6,300 square feet
According to R.W. Holmes, eight tenants currently occupy the office space, including Vision Government Solutions, Clinquest Inc., Travelers Insurance, Avera, Spill Center, Advanced Marketing Solutions, Mohawk Communications and College Funding Solutions, Inc.
According to Creative Development Co.’s website, the property is the seventh location it controls, along with four others in Massachusetts and two in Florida. The firm was founded by John Finley.
