Hudson office building sold for $1.5M

A 17,716-square-foot office building at 131 Coolidge St. in Hudson has been sold for $1.5 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
Todd Alexander and David Cohen of Worcester real estate brokerage firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction.
The buyers were Sandy and James Welch, and the seller was 131 Coolidge LLC, an entity registered to Susan and Mark Crotty of Leominster, according to an email from Alexander.
The property was last sold in 2017 for $1.8 million and is assessed by the Town of Hudson for $1,696,800.
