Corero Network Security has launched a beta for its newest threat detection security system.
The first-of-its kind system brings real-time visibility to Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, allowing companies to respond in real time to the threat. The system uses cloud, or virtual machine networking, to bring enough power to monitor systems for the attacks that often go unnoticed until there is a breach in security, according to Corero.
“(This gives) network and security teams the ability to stay in control of DDoS attacks in a cloud environment with visibility of attack traffic, intuitive analytics and alerting of DDoS attack vectors targeting the system or workload,” Dave Larson, CEO of Corero, said in a statement.
